Return Policy

Final Sale Items​

Coffee beans, food items, and coffee filter papers are final sale and non-returnable due to their perishable nature and safety precautions.

Returnable Items

Equipment and other merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receiving your package. Items must be in original, unopened condition with all original packaging and components intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at DRINKTOTCOFFEE@GMAIL.COM with the subject line: "Request for Return/Refund"Failure to include this subject line may result in delayed processing of your return.

Refunds & Fees

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after your return is received and inspected.

Shipping, postage, and handling fees are non-refundableFor orders that qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Important Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking and shipping fee if:

The item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

The item has been altered in any way.
