Cafflano Kompresso

The Cafflano Kompresso is a compact, fully manual espresso maker that uses hydraulic pressure — based on Pascal’s principle — to consistently generate over 9 bar of pressure for true espresso extraction, all without electricity and weighing under 200 g. Ideal for travel or outdoor use, it delivers rich, crema-topped shots (and even cold brew) in about 40 seconds, though it does take practice and fresh, well-ground beans to get the best results.
