UFO Coffee Company is a Seoul-based specialty coffee roaster founded in 2017. Known for its playful, experimental identity, UFO focuses on highlighting each coffee’s natural sweetness and distinctive character through carefully selected seasonal coffees and precise roasting. Their philosophy is simple: coffee should be delicious, approachable, and fun — “Play Your Flavor.”
[Unspecialty fosters a culture where specialty coffee feels familiar and approachable—rather than overly exclusive. To help customers save time, they created a monthly series called ‘Monthly Pick’, where they curate and introduce a carefully selected lineup each month.]
